職位描述：
Job description:
-- 積累農業生產操作與實踐鍛煉經驗，學習高端農業管理技術及體系；
- accumulate agricultural production, operation and practice experience and learn high-end agricultural management technology and system;
-- 協助外國專家進行項目管理；
- assist the foreign expert in project management;
-- 技術資料匯總及整理；
- collect and sort technical documentations

任職資格：
Qualification:
-- 研究生或準研究生及以上，植保、園藝園林或農學與生物科技等相關專業。
- master degree or above, major in plant protection, horticulture & gardening or agronomy, biotechnology;
-- 對柑橘、蔬菜或藍莓等項目有一定研究；
- have some research on citrus, vegetable or blueberry;
-- 良好的英語口語及書面表達能力，能與外國專家交流；
- good English level both in speaking and writing, fluently communicate with foreign experts;
-- 積極主動，學習能力強，熟練使用辦公軟件；
- very active with strong learning ability, familiar with office software;
-- 善于協作，良好的溝通技巧；
- able to coordinate with good communication skills 

（二）技術支持 （4人）

-- 農業生產操作與實踐鍛煉經驗積累；

Qualification:
-- 研究生或準研究生及以上，植保、園藝園林或農學與生物科技等相關專業；

（三）苗圃技術員（2人）    Nursery technician （2 staff）
職位描述： Job description
-- 熟悉苗木栽植和養護知識，學習苗圃日常管理工作；
Be familiar with the knowledge of seedlings cultivation and maintenance, learning nursery daily management
-- 苗圃管理及相關技術資料的整理；
Sort nursery management and relevant documentations;
-- 協助國外農業專家團隊工作，為苗圃建設與管理提供支持與服務；
Assist foreign agricultural expert’s team to support nursery construction and management

任職資格：  Qualification
-- 本科畢業生或準畢業生，園藝園林或農學與生物科技等相關專業；
Bachelor degree, Gardening & Horticulture or agronomy, biotechnology major are appropriate for this position.

（四）蔬菜管理技術員（2人）   （）
Vegetable technician 
職位描述：  Job description 
-- 學習蔬菜種植管理技術，按照技術方案指導農戶進行農事操作；
Learning vegetable planting technology, guiding the peasants in farming based on the technical scheme.
-- 學習對農戶進行技術培訓和指導；
Support peasants for technical training and guidance.
-- 負責進行田間調查，收集相關技術數據，并及時向上級匯報；
Responsible for the field survey and collect technical data, report to superior in time.

-- 本科畢業生或準畢業生，植保、園藝園林或農學與生物科技等相關專業；

-- 學習果樹種植管理技術，按照技術方案指導果農進行種植操作；

-- 果樹管理及相關技術資料的搜集和整理。
Collecting and sorting relevant fruit tree management and technology documentations
--協助國外農業專家團隊工作，負責果園技術數據收集與反饋；
